Printed Sensors – Institut National d’optique (INO)

The profound transformation for intelligent systems associated with the IoT revolution aims toward the deployment of ubiquitous sensors. These new paradigms require advanced manufacturing techniques in order to achieve such low-cost flexibles sensors. At INO, the fabrication of flexible multilayered sensors has been addressed through state-of-the-art printing equipment combining inkjet and aerosol technologies with in-situ IR and UV post-treatment, and including unique INO proprietary pulsed-shaping laser curing/sintering capabilities.
